The dev team is small in numbers but play a significant within the business, especially as a consultative team that enables products NOT a change request type of support unit.
They’ve built a very strong leadership team, highly educated, technical savvy & committed. They now need to bring in younger developers both to help with the new products being developed but also to allow them to develop new leadership as they expand product ranges.
They have a pretty cool offering to you. Bases are market related, bonuses are extremely good, in time you will also earn access to profit share.
