Required: Bachelor’s degree; BA diploma/ course, as well as Oracle certifications; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge in: Oracle HR and implementation of an HRIS system including Performance Management / Leave Management; Oracle eBusiness Suite; and the full SDLC lifecycle.
