    One of the biggest and most innovative banks in South Africa is looking to stay ahead of the competition by hiring a strong Senior DevOps Engineer or DevOps Lead.

    You will be expected to deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast end effective.

    Requirements: 

    • A relevant qualification at least Bachelor level or Diploma
    • 5+ years of DevOps hands-on experience
    • 3+ years Software Engineer
    • Linux/Unix
    • Python, JavaScript
    • Ansible/Powershell
    • Automation Tools

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement and maintain infrastructure required for implementing DevOps practices.
    • Enable automated deployment of applications and configurations.
    • Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
    • Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms such as easy to use tooling and automation
    • Understanding of Linux operating systems and Linux system administration
    • Experience automating tasks with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript
    • Monitoring and alerting tools: Alerta, Selenium, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Elastic Stack
