Primary responsibility is to ensure that the business risks are well managed and all controls are effective to minimize the Financial institutes exposure to risks. The main responsibility of the Programme Manager will be to establish a working group, collate all the required information required for effective decision making, pull-in the required stakeholders for decision making and manage all processes that roll-back to individual areas for remediation as well as group wide reporting that goes up to exco and board level

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Programme Management experience 5 years +

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Honours or MBA completed
  • Project management and Agile Certificates
  • Banking Experience or Short Term Insurance industry experience
  • Must come from a IT background
  • Working domain: Governance, compliance with risks and controls
