The role of the program manager will be to establish a working group, collate all the required information required for effective decision making, pull-in the required stakeholders for decision making and manage all processes that roll-back to individual areas for remediation as well as group wide reporting that goes up to Exco and board level.
The organisation has made a decision to roll out a group wide program, which will be mandated to consolidate all the open issues across the business, establish a working group represented by key stakeholders from all areas, identify and priorities all issue that they should be focusing on, building up to various action items to close-out on all key issues.
Min Qualifications and Experience requirements:
- Risk and Control management
- Programme Management
- Reporting Skills
- Bachelors of commerce degree
- Banking experience
- 10+ years’ experience as a programme manager
